My vision is to see 50% of women and other underrepresented groups have a seat in all aspects of leadership in a variety of sectors, communities and societies, in my lifetime.

RESPECT
As professional listeners we ask questions from a place of curiosity to allow you the space to explore your own thoughts and feelings and create your best life. Different people have different lived experiences and by respecting the interconnected nature of all emotional pain and trauma coaching can help people work through prejudice and discrimination.
INTEGRITY
In my commitment to deliver on my goal to support those from marginalised groups, empowerment is key. It is only through empowerment and self-love that we can live our life by design and not default.
SERVICE
Using evidence based coaching tools I help people uncover and transform past negative programming and repeated patterns, to reveal the resources within themselves, that lead to quick break throughs and lasting transformation.
EQUALITY
As a bi-racial women I've experienced my fair share of discrimination in the past and come out on top. Passionate about Equality, I work with anyone who's ready to make change and particularly individuals from underrepresented groups. Inequality creates specific limiting beliefs and Imposter Syndrome that can stop us from living our best life. It is only through working through these that we can accelerate our lives into true leadership, true contribution and true fulfilment, no matter what we choose to do.
Mission
A world that is more creative and inclusive for all gives each and everyone of us the opportunity to be the best version of ourselves. Even in the face of prejudice and oppression, we can uplift ourselves and empower others to gain clarity, understand who we are at a deeper level and to make change, step-by-step, ripple-by-ripple. I help others rethink what is possible with clarity gained from understanding who they are at a deeper level.
Approach
As an ally and advocate for Gender Equity, Inclusion and Diversity I offer support through transformation coaching, group coaching, speaking and training.
With the application of evidence based coaching tools I work with those who perceive the most pressing life challenges to discover solutions drawn from a mindset of curiosity and creativity to provide personalised sustainable results.
I also offer interactive group workshops designed to develop self awareness, facilitate conversations and create empowering life strategies.
The workshops are applicable to everyone: whether you are, or have ever been, part of an underrepresented group, or whether you would just like to better understand the difficulties others face and be able to assist with challenging existing disempowering cultural and societal norms.
I will take you on a journey filled with energy, fun and a little laughter too.
