Inequality creates specific limiting beliefs and imposter syndrome that can stop us from living our best life. It is only through working through these that we can accelerate our lives into true leadership, true contribution and true fulfilment, no matter what we choose to do.

Hiya! I am a bi-racial African and Irish woman of colour and Founder and Director of Life Craft Coaching.
I prefer to refer to myself as a Transformation Coach who is on a quest to help others, especially underrepresented groups, to help them find their voice, to own their talent, realise their potential and craft a meaningful life of success, love and the happiness that they deserve.
My vision is to see 50% of women and other individuals from underrepresented groups, have a seat in all aspects of leadership in a variety of sectors communities and societies, in my lifetime.
I believe that for the world to be a fairer and happier place for everyone, we need more diverse leadership.
My mission is to accelerate women and people from marginalised communities into more decision-making roles.
I like to partner with organisations and individuals to accelerate them into positions of influence and authentic leadership roles, whether in a corporate, government or not-for-profit environment.

Before I became a coach, it was my privilege to work at the cutting edge of medical research with health professionals, like scientists and doctors as well as managers, start-ups and business people.
I led teams of globally dispersed professionals, training, mentoring and coaching them to grow and succeed in the workplace.
Nowadays, I work with people from all walks of life - especially women and those from underrepresented groups, to help them realise their potential and craft a life of success, love and happiness. So that they can inspire others like them, to do the same.
My biggest driver is to guide you to create a fulfilling life that is complete.
I offer a nurturing and empowering space of self-discovery, where together we can break down any negative programming or patterns in order to manifest more resources within yourself.
I am passionate about helping you break through barriers preventing you from living up to all you are capable of achieving, whether it is a lack of direction, an inability to take action or joylessness.
I offer support for identity crisis as well as confidence building, using evidence based coaching tools and techniques.
I also coach people looking to build more inclusive workplaces, by having authentic leadership skills and giving guidance on how you can communicate effectively, while influencing others in the workplace and beyond.
